Tribo™ Adipocyte Differentiation-Qualified Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Description

Tribo™ Adipocyte Differentiation-Qualified Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) is heat-inactivated and can be used for adipocyte differentiation from mouse embryonic fibroblasts and preadipocytes, human and mice. When tested, it can induce adipocyte differentiation to more than 95% from mouse cell lines 3T3L1 and OP9 cells, as well as mouse stromal vascular cells (See picture). The product can also be used for culturing other mammalian cells such as primary cells and many other cell lines.

Cell cultures for adipocyte differentiation, and other cells.

Storage Conditions:

The product can be stored for 5 years from the date of manufacture between -20℃ and -80℃. Do NOT store in an auto-defrost or frost-free freezer in which the FBS undergoes multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
