Tribo™ ESC/iPSC Qualified Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Description

The Tribo™ ESC/iPSC-qualified Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) is heat-inactivated and can be used for mouse embryonic stem cells (ESC), induced pluripotent cells (iPSC), and adult stem cells. This product has been tested and can be used for reprogramming mouse fibroblast to iPSCs, maintaining ESC/iPSC in an undifferentiated status, and for germline transmission of mouse ESC/iPSC. The product can also be used for culturing other mammalian cells such as primary cells and many other cell lines.

Applications

Cell cultures for mouse embryonic stem cells, induced pluripotent cells, adult stem cells, and other cells.

Storage conditions

The product can be stored for 5 years from the manufacture date between -20℃ to -808451. Do NOT store in an auto-defrost or frost-free freezer in which the FBS undergoes multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
