VAHTS Library Quantification Kit for Illumina is specially designed for accurate quantification of the concentration of a DNA library for Illumina high-performance sequencing platform using SYBR Green qPCR. The kit includes DNA standard of known concentration that is used to generate a standard curve. VAHTS SYBR qPCR Master Mix included in this kit is a new-type qPCR mix based on antibody modified hot-start DNA polymerase, which is of high specificity, high amplification efficiency, wide GC content adaptability, and high sensitivity. All the reagents provided in the kit have undergone rigorous quality control and functional testing, to ensure the optimal stability and repeatability of library preparation.
