Functions

NLG919 (1402836-58-1) is a potent IDO-pathway inhibitor (Ki = 7nM; EC50 = 75nM). It synergizes with chemo-radiation therapy to promote T cell dependent complement deposition in a murine model of glioblastoma. In combination with paclitaxel in a mouse B16-F10 melanoma model, NLG919 increased the percentage of CD3+, CD8+, and CD4+ T cells and secretion of IFN-γ and interleukin-2 while decreasing the percentage of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 10 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
