ResiDNA Hunter The Residual DNA Sample Preparation Kit is applicable to the pretreatment of various biological product samples from CHO cells. Using the specially embedded superparamagnetic silicon based magnetic beads, in the unique buffer liquid system, through hydrogen bonding and electrostatic adsorption of nucleic acid, it can stably and efficiently extract the trace host cell DNA remaining in the biological product samples. This kit can be used with the ResiDNA Precise Quantitative CHO DNA Detection Kit (Vazyme # RD102) to quantitatively detect the residual DNA of host cells in biological products.
