Equalbit 1x dsDNA HS Assay Kit EQ121

The Equalbit 1 × dsDNA HS (High Sensitivity) Assay Kit is a simple, sensitive, and precise fluorescence quantification kit for dou_x0002_ble-stranded DNA (dsDNA). The kit contains a pre-mixed working solution (with a fluorescent dye) and the dsDNA standard. It shows good linearity when the dsDNA content in the specimens is within the range of 0.2-100 ng and can precisely quantify dsDNA in 10 pg/μl-100 ng/μl specimens. The kit has good tolerance to common contaminants such as RNA, salts, free nucleotides, proteins, solvents, and detergents. The kit is easy to use: directly add an appropriate amount of the specimen to the working solution and assay using a Qubit fluorometer.

Precise sensitivity: It can accurately quantify total RNA, rRNA, and mRNA samples with a concentration of 250 pg/µl to 100 ng/µl;
Ultra-high specificity: This product is highly selective for RNA, not affected by DNA, and is excellent for some conventional pollutants, such as salt, free nucleotides, proteins, solvents, detergents, etc. Tolerance
Operational simplicity: This product is easy to operate. The fluorescence detection reagents are diluted with buffer solution into working solution, and then the RNA sample to be tested is added to the Qubit® Fluorometer for detection. This operation can be performed at room temperature.

The complete kit should be stored at 2~8℃, protected from light; after the first use, it is recommended to store Equalbit dsDNA HS Reagent at room temperature and protect from light; Equalbit dsDNA HS Buffer should be stored at room temperature; Equalbit dsDNA HS Standard #1 and #2 should be stored at 4℃
