6x SDS Protein Loading Buffer

Description

SDS Protein Loading Buffer is a complete solution for the preparation of protein samples prior to SDS-PAGE. Many proteins are sensitive to pH changes that result from temperature fluxuations during electrophoresis in Tris buffers. This optimized loading buffer prevents protein degradation during sample heating prior to SDSPAGE as well as during the electrophoresis run. The loading buffer contains bromophenol blue dye allows for tracking the progress of electrophoresis.

Directions for Use:

Mix 1-volume loading buffer with 5-volume protein sample, loading to SDSPAGE gel.

Storage :

Supplied as a 6X solution, 5x 1 mL.
Store at –20℃.
