Description

Antibody Diluent buffer is for use in immunohistochemical experiments. It yields superior staining with a number of antibodies. This diluent can improve IHC signal and background; however, it is not compatible with all of Tribioscience’s products that are recommended for use in immunohistochemical assays. Please consult the antibody datasheet to determine if Antibody Diluent is recommended for your product of interest.

Directions for Use:

Use as an antibody diluent in ELISA or immunohistochemical assays. Dilute primary, secondary antibody as well as some detecting reagents in Antibody Diluent as directed on the antibody datasheet.

Storage Conditions:

Supplied as a working solution, size 5x 25mL. Store at 4℃. Antibodies diluted using these buffer can be stored at 4℃ for 6 months without reducing binding activity.
