About This Product

Taq DNA Polymerase for PCR applications available in two concentrations 5U/µL and 1U/µL. Taq Polymerase storage buffer composition: 20 mM Tris HCl (pH 8.5 at ~25°C), 100mM KCl, 1mM DTT, 0.1 mM EDTA, 0.1% Tween 20 and 50% glycerol.

Every purchase includes 10x PCR buffer (200mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 250mM Ammonium Sulfate, 400mM Potassium Chloride, and 1% Tween 20 in Nuclease-Free Water). 25mM MgCl2 and nuclease-free water are also provided for convenience.
