Functions
A potent cannabinoid CB1 receptor antagonist with selectivity over CB2 receptors (306-fold). Displays anorectic effects and antidepressant-like effects in mice. Behaves as an agonist at GPR55, EC50=39nM. Active in vivo.
Application Procedures
First dissolved in DMSO (up to 50 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (up to 13 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
