QuEChERS (Dispersive SPE)

Description

Introduction

Dispersive SPE (dSPE), often referred to as the “QuEChERS” method (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged, and Safe). It is a sample prep technique that has become popular in the areas of multi-residue pesticide analysis in food and agricultural products. It is used for the cleanup in sample preparation process.

Tribioscience’s dSPE tube contains a mixture of MgSO4, primary secondary amine (PSA) in 2 mL or 15 mL tube.

Application

The QuEChERS designed for cleanup of complicated matrix, including tea, herbs, cannabis, hemps, other food samples for pesticide residue analysis in GCMS, LC-MS analysis processing. It is based on the methods of AOAC2007.01.
