10x Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS), Sterile

Description

Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is formulated in sterile filtered condition to be used as a buffer for cell culture, ELISA, protein assay, and other molecular biological assays.

Components (1X PBS)

• 3.2mM Na₂HPO₄.
• 0.5mM KH₂PO₄.
• 1.3mM KCl.
• 137mM NaCl.
• pH 7.2~7.4.

Directions for Use

Dilute Phosphate Buffered Saline (10x PBS) to a 1x solution using ddH₂O. This product supplies enough 10x material to make 10 liters of 1x solution.
