Functions

Potent, tight-binding, slow inhibitor of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS). Highly selective for iNOS

(Ki = 7 nM) over nNOS or eNOS (Ki’s of 2 µM and 50 µM respectively). Cell permeable and active in vivo.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in Water (up to 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions are not stable. Solutions must be prepared fresh and used within one working day.
