Functions

Potent and selective inhibitor of the EGFR kinase IC50 = 3 nM. Inhibits proliferation of a variety human cancer cell lines. Reduces pulmonary fibrosis in a rat model. Cell permeable.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 30 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (up to 10 mg/ml with warming), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20° for up to 3 months.
