FastPure Cell/Tissue Total RNA Isolation Kit V2 RC112

This kit can quickly extract total RNA from animal tissues and cells. The kit is based on silica gel column purification technology. There is no need to use toxic phenol/chloroform extraction or β-mercaptoethanol to extract high-quality RNA during the extraction process. The whole process only takes 6 minutes. The FastPure gDNA-Filter Columns Ⅲ in the kit can effectively remove impurities and gDNA, and FastPure RNA Columns Ⅲ can efficiently bind RNA. With optimized buffer, the total RNA obtained is high in purity, less gDNA residues, and free of protein and other impurities. It can be used for various downstream experiments such as RT-PCR, Real-Time PCR, chip analysis, etc.
