GenDEPOT’s secondary antibodies are ideal for use in immunoassay applications such as ELISA, immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry. Affinity purified antibodies are especially valuable in immunoassays where extraneous serum proteins and unknown antibodies can interfere with test results. 
Affinity purified polyclonal antibody to Rabbit IgG heavy and light chains (whole IgG) made in Goat and labeled with horseradish peroxidase. Product has been cross-absorbed to human serum to minimize cross-reactivity to human immunoglobulin.

Store at 2-8℃
Suggested Working Concentration Optimal working concentration should be determined experimentally. Prepare working dilution in TBS or other buffer such as BSA or Milk Diluent/Blocking Solution
