Product Introduction  

Vazyme SuperFemto ECL Chemiluminescence Kit is a sensitive, luminol-based enhanced chemiluminescent substrate for detecting horseradish peroxidase (HRP) on immunoblots. It enables femtogram detection of antigen by oxidizing luminol in the presence of HRP and peroxide. Blotting membranes (e.g. NC, PVDF) incubated with ECL working solution can be visualized on X-ray film or CCD imaging systems.

Features  

High sensitivity: The detection threshold of protein amount reaches 32 fg.

Strong anti-overexposure ability: The overexposure time of the high microgram protein reaches 2 min.

Short automatic exposure time: Hundreds of milliseconds.  

Excellent long-Lasting fluorescence ability: Intact bands can be observed after 4 h.
