TBS Buffer, 20X pH 7.4

TBS Buffer (20X) is a space-saving stock solution that is ideal for preparing TBS or TBST wash buffers or blocking buffer diluent used for applications such as ELISA, Western blotting and other immunoassays.

The TBS(20X) makes 25 mM Tris, 0.14M NaCl,  pH 7.4, when diluted to 1X with water.
